All our members of staff are qualified to a minimum of level 3 in early years care and education. The management staff have Foundation Degree Level 4 or BA Honours Degree Level 6.
All are paediatric first aid trained, DBS approved, have safeguarding and food hygiene certificates. Staff continue their professional development by attending regular training events.
Our recruitment process ensures that all staff have relevant qualifications and are enthusiastic about early years education, with a very caring nature.
We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to develop and learn through play, covering all areas required by the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Staff plan activities to follow the interests of the children and provide challenge to satisfy their desire to learn more.
We have good strategies in place for preparing children for their move up to school. We invite local foundation stage teachers to visit and we often make visits to the schools for some lovely events.
