All staff have up-to-date paediatric first aid certificates, are DBS approved, have safeguarding and food hygiene certificates. Staff continue their professional development by attending regular training events.
Our recruitment process ensures that all staff have relevant qualifications and experience, are enthusiastic about early years education, with a very caring nature.
We provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to develop and learn through play, covering all areas required by the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Staff plan activities to follow the interests of the children and provide challenge to satisfy their desire to learn more.
We have good strategies in place for preparing children for their move up to school. We invite local foundation stage teachers to visit and we often make visits to the schools for some lovely events.
